Bounce rate : In web analytics bounce refers a single page view.If a visitor comes to page 1 and doesn’t proceed to page 2 then it is called a bounce.

*Bounce rate(BR)=(Bounces/Number of sessions)x 100

BR for A : (1/3)x 100=33.3%

BR for B : (1/2)x 100=50%

BR for C : (1/2)x 100=50%

BR for D : (1/1)x 100=100%

Exit rate : Exit from a particular page.If a visitor comes to page 1->2->3 then    page 3 will be an exit.
